Shepherd's Bush is one of West London's most sought-after neighbourhoods, with Westfield Shopping Centre and the incoming Imperial College London campus driving sustained demand for well-managed housing. The development's mix of tenures — private, affordable, and shared ownership — created a layered management environment from the outset, requiring clear protocols and consistent standards across all resident types.
